Our focus is on the ecstatic experience of the fusion of sexuality and spirituality. Powerful meditations and dynamic body journeys will guide us through these days.

The divine couple YabYum will be experienced in the ecstatic dimensions, regardless of whether we practise individually or as a couple.

This weekend in Widnau is focussed on us as individuals, so does not include settings in pairs, but can also be attended as a couple with individual registration.

This three-hour workshop in Winterthur is suitable for couples who want to inspire or align their love tantrically and gives a mindful insight into the sexual aspects of Tibetan Buddhist tantra.
Energy-guided Buddhist mediations, body practice and an introduction to tantric rituals will guide us through the workshop.

Curious participants and beginners are also very welcome.

The couples do all the exercises clothed and either alone or exclusively with their own partner.

This seminar focuses on tantric rituals for two. The rituals open up a careful space in which love energy and sensuality are consciously invited. These rituals embed our everyday sexuality - whether ecstatic, gentle, powerful or slow - in a non-judgemental, open and grateful practice.

This seminar in Widnau is for two people: lovers, friends or even two colleagues. There is no nudity in this workshop and no concrete sexuality takes place.
