What gestures do to us.

I am taking part in the 'Silent Zurich' festival as a Buddhist representative. In the Debatierhaus Karl der Grosse, Zurich.

Religious traditions are rich in rituals, gestures and gestures. In this workshop, we will embark on a search, observe, try out and immerse ourselves in this diversity that has evolved over the centuries. Body language is the way we greet each other or say goodbye, how we fold our hands in prayer, in which direction we turn and how we move - it is diverse and full of meaning. We actively practise in silence. We experience our bodies as a deep, blissful gift.
